2 Months Old
It's been a ride so far, that's for sure. Jeriah still has his day and nights reversed and we are still trying to set him up on a sleep schedule. On top of that Andy got a cold, so of course I got it too. So with the lack of sleep and stress I ended up getting Shingles. At first I did not recognize what it was and because of that I think we exposed Jeriah to it. So the pediatrician said to wait 3 weeks to see if he gets chicken pox. If there are any early symptoms then they will vaccinate him. So now it's the waiting game... Not fun. Other than that we have been recovering at home. We are feeling better as each day passes.
As you can see, Jeriah is getting big quick. He now weighs 13 lbs 15 oz, and is 23 1/2" tall. (All just from breastfeeding!) So he was eating every 2 hours, but now we were told to extend it to every 3 hours. He is doing great.
He has strong legs which he can stand up a little bit (with our help of course). He is starting to make babble noises as if he is trying to talk to us. He can hold his head up during tummy time.
We love his smiles and can't wait until he can express himself more to us.
